Theodore a jeho dvaja pomocníci Sonny a Lambert sa živia opravovaním bicyklov, vynálezmi a výrobou automatizovaných vlajkových žrdí pre švédske námorníctvo. Jedného dňa zistia, že Theodorov bývalý pomocník ukradol jeden z jeho skvelých vynálezov – retometrický rozdeľovač. Vďaka tomu sa stal svetovým šampiónom Formule 1 a teraz každého vyzýva, aby proti nemu pretekal. Napriek Lambertovým naliehavým varovaniam, avšak povzbudený Sonnyho nadšením a odvahou sa Theodore púšťa do výroby pretekárskeho auta Il Tempo Gigante. (MFF Cinematik Piešťany)
