Though Mr. Kline lands every joke and metaphor in style, you sense that Cyrano’s fearlessness comes in part from a weary feeling that he has nothing to lose. 🤓 Ms. Garner, makes Roxane a girl worth pining over. The action-ready, long-limbed presence that made her a natural for the spy series “Alias” lends a lively touch of the tomboy to Roxane. Like Cyrano, she doesn’t quite fit into the regimented world around her, and you can see why these two were meant to be together.
