O sebe sa veľmi nechcem rozpisovať.
Na tomto mieste by som chcel viacej rozviesť moje koníčky, ktoré viac-menej majú súvislosť s filmom

Filmová hudba ma už upútala keď som ešte ako 5 ročný fagan sledoval na x-tej kópii tretieho Indyho Jonesa so simultánnym dabingom. Nielen, že slávny pochod dobyvateľov sa mi vryl do pamäti do konca života, ale spolu s ním ostatné velkolepé hudobné pasáže tohto filmu. Ale toto bolo len také malé popostrčenie do sveta filmu a všetkého s ním spojeného. Film, ktorý ma potom skutočne nakopol a nasmeroval ma do náručia filmu bol " technický opus magnum" režiséra Stevena Spielberga - Jurassic Park, film ktorý spolu s jeho druhým pokračovním som videl oveľa viacej ako sa dá pokladať za zdravé. Práve pri tomto filme som začal vnímať mená tvorcov a zistil som že práve tamdem Spielberg/Williams vytvorili filmy a kompozície, ktoré som zbožňoval: Jaws, trilógia dobrodružstiev Indyho Jonesa, Hook a v prípade skladateľa Johna Williamsa napr. Home Alone, Presumed Innocent, The Poseidon Adventure. Následne som začal spoznávať skladateľov ako sú napr. Jerry Goldsmith, ktorého diela City Hall, L.A. Confidential, U.S. Marshals zosilnili záujem o fenomén filmovej hudby. I keď v prípade zmieňovaných Goldsmithových diel viem, že niesú v rámci jeho tvorby práve najkvalitnejšie tešia sa mojej veľkej oblube. A potom prichádzali ďaľší skladatelia a ďaľšie kompozície

Réžiu filmov som začal vnímať už pri zmieňenom Spielbergovom Jurskom Parku. Nielen že tento film doteraz pre mňa stelesňuje ideálne velkolepé dobrodružstvo, ale vďaka nemu som sa postupne zoznámil aj s tvorbou takých režisérov ako sú David Ficher, Robert Zemeckis, Ron Howard... Po dôkladnom preskúmaní tejto režisérskej vetvy som postupne objavi aj tvorbu trochu komornejších režisérov ako sú Sidney Lumet, Alan J. Pakula, Harold Becker, Robert Atlman... A všetko sa to zavŕšilo spoznávaním tvorby Davida Leana, Alfreda Hitchcocka a ostatných veľkých klasikov.
