Miracle at Midnight je příběh založený na skutečných událostech. Během německé okupace Dánska rozjíždí doktor Karl Koster (Sam Waterston) a jeho rodina boj proti nacistickému útlaku. Doktorova rodina riskovala své životy, aby zachránila tisíce životů svých židovských přátel a spoluobčanů před terorem v nacistických táborech. I přes velké osobní riziko se rozhodnou s pomocí mnoha obyčejných dánských občanů evakuovat Židy po moři do nedalekého Švédska. (IvcaSammet)
