Blood je temný thriller, mapujúci morálny kolaps rodiny policajtov. Príbeh pojednáva o dvoch bratoch policajtoch, ktorí sa rozhodnú vziať spravodlivosť do vlastných rúk a zabijú človeka podozrivého z brutálnej vraždy. Situácia sa zamotáva, keď musia vyšetrovať vraždu, ktorú sami spáchali. To ich uvrhne do chaosu a navyše sa nad celým prípadom vznáša tieň ich otca, ktorý je tiež bývalý policajt.
Režisérom thrilleru je majster gotického hororu Nick Murphy (Awakening). Vo úlohách bratov sa predstavia Stephen Graham (Piráti z Karibiku: V neznámych vodách, This is England) a Paul Bettany (Da Vinciho kód, Dogville). Otca dvoch policajtov si zahrá Brian Cox (Trója, RED) a v úlohe Roberta Seymoura sa predstaví Mark Strong (Kick-Ass, Sherlock Holmes).
