Dlouho obávaná válka se zlem začala, Voldemortovi Smrtijedi kontrolují ministerstvo kouzel i Bradavice a zatýkají všechny, kdo by se jim chtěli postavit. Harry a jeho přátelé mají před sebou těžký úkol, chtějí najít a zničit tajemství Voldemortovy nesmrtelnosti - viteály. Při pátrání po nich nejsou nikde v bezpečí, proto se každý den přesunují a stanují v lese. Jejich samota vyústí v hádky podporované temnou mocí viteálu. Ron pak své přátele opouští. Ne na dlouho, brzy si uvědomí sílu přátelství a začne své kamarády hledat. Společně jsou poté úspěšní a jeden viteál se jim podaří zničit. Opět sjednocené trio se vydává navštívit otce Lenky Láskorádové. Od něho se dozvídají o Relikviích smrti - neporazitelné kouzelné hůlce, kameni schopném vzkřísit mrtvé a neviditelném plášti, který shodou okolností Harry již sedm let vlastní. A tato hůlka je to, co Voldemort hledá, jako pojistku proti Harrymu... (TV Nova)
